This was my first home purchase (new construction).

I originally went with Donnie since I emailed about 9-10 different real estate agents and he was the first one to respond. Right away I knew he was the most motivated and I knew he was going to be hard working. I have been working with Donnie for about 7 months and I can say he kept me at ease and worry free.

During the whole process I can say that he was there to always answer my questions and I know for a fact he was looking out for the best interest for me. When talking with the new constructions sales agent she said that Donnie was one-of-a-kind and was super impressed. During the time of waiting for my house to be built we went and review many different properties to see other choices... we ended up settling with the new construction at the end.

Donnie definitely went above and beyond always working with the sales agent and always working things behind the scene. I am truly appreciative and very happy I selected Donnie as my agent.
